- We sell digital products such as pdfs, music recordings, podcasts, voice recordings, online courses, e-books, digital art, coaching sessions, videos, event tickets (here treated as digital products too). They can only be used by one person- the client of specific product, they can’t be shared or send by any form to other people. Our products and specifics of the purchase will be available to download on our side right after purchasing and from an e-mail send by our store (it can be send to ‘SPAM’ tab so check there if it won’t be available on your main mail tab).
- The customer only purchases the right to use the product under a license, not ownership. You don’t own the rights to our products, you can’t use them commercially, and can’t share them with others in any kind of form, but only for your private purposes.
- The creator (ilonaawakening.org store, Ilona Trzcińska) retains all copyrights to the products.
- Copying, modifying, reselling, sharing files and decompiling (reverse engineering) software is prohibited. In the event of a breach of any of the terms and conditions, the license may be revoked and subject to legal action.

- You can place an order by adding product to the cart with a ‘support me’ button. Then you have to fill the contact form, read our store regulactions, fill the card information or choose other payment option, and after agreeing on our terms you need to click on the button ‘place order’ to buy and are binded to finish purchasing by paying for a product.
- After placing order client has no right to withdraw from the contract and payment, by agreeing to: ‘I consent to the immediate delivery of digital content before the expiry of the withdrawal period and I acknowledge that I thereby lose the right to withdraw from the contract’ with required checkbox mark.
- Problems with purchased products such as incompleted products or products with working issues can be solved via our e-mail address: ilonaawakening@gmail.com.
- No returns, and no refunds are available, complains can be send to: ilonaawakening@gmail.com, but it is not our obligatory to answer your mails.
